If you prefer, for a small additional fee each service ($2), when we are done with your bins, we can return them to a designated area if you would like, so that you don’t have to retrieve them from the street.  We will not, however, return them inside houses or garages.  We will not accept garage codes or openers, and we will only return inside a fenced area if there are no dogs present.

In the event we arrive to service your bins and they have not been placed on the sidewalk or are not easily accessible, you may be sent a text message by our technician as a reminder to bring out the bins.  However, depending on how busy our schedule is, we reserve the right to simply move on and auto charge the no-bin fee associated with your plan.  This fee helps to cover the cost of a trip to your property and the technician time spent.  If a cell phone has been provided, you will receive a text informing you that our technician is on the way.
