Tidy Blast currently only accepts credit/debit cards. We keep your information securely in our payment system, and that way we can charge each time of service automatically, without the hassle of contacting you or bombarding your inbox with emailed quotes. >> Why do you charge no-bin fees if I forget to leave my bins out?
Simply put, it is expensive to haul around a trailer and pay employees. The no-bin fee helps to offset any lost profit due to receiving no income for your visit. However, that being said, we aren’t in the business of offending people, and if our technicians have the time and are not in a rush, we ask they call you to see if you are home to run them out to us. Unfortunately, we are not able to retrieve the bins ourselves due to liability and safety reasons. We hope you understand.
>> What is your cancellation policy?
The policy is that you will be charged for HALF of your remaining services. Each of our plans has a minimum sign up time. For instance, monthly service has a 6-month minimum. If you cancel during that time, you will be charged HALF of the remaining visits. So if you cancel after 3 months, you will be charge 1.5 visits. This keeps customers from taking advantage of the price breaks that are meant for customers who use our services more often. We want to be fair to them.
